Hourly Rate Services: Pre-paid blocks of hours. Minimum 2 hours. Rate subject to RPI changes (30 days notice given).

4. Client Responsibilities:

Review work within 7 business days.
Attend events on time.
5. Payment:

Late payments may incur interest.

Our liability is limited to fees paid.
We are not liable for indirect losses or event attendance issues.
Refunds only for demonstrable loss caused by our staff.
